Wheels Labs
Designing for the people who use and support shared mobility
At Wheels, I redesigned the company website and designed internal tools for tracking the fleet, managing repairs, and recording work activity.

01 — Overview
Wheels was a shared mobility company with a product experience that extended beyond the ride itself. The company also needed tools to support the work happening behind the scenes, from finding damaged vehicles to managing repairs.
As a contract product designer, I worked across both sides of the business: the public website and internal fleet operations.
I collaborated with the product team, marketing, and the CEO to turn business needs into clearer digital experiences.
02 — The challenge
One company, different needs
The public website needed to communicate the Wheels experience clearly. Internal teams needed a way to track vehicles and the work required to keep them running.
These were different design challenges, but both required me to take complex information and turn it into a usable experience.
03 — My role
My work included:
- Redesigning the Wheels company website
- Designing internal fleet tracking experiences
- Exploring workflows for finding damaged bikes and managing repairs
- Designing ways to track work hours and activity
- Creating user flows and interface designs
- Collaborating with product, marketing, and the CEO
04 — Internal fleet operations
Making behind the scenes work easier to follow
Shared mobility depends on more than what riders see. Vehicles need to be tracked, damage needs to be identified, and repair work needs to be organized.
I designed internal experiences around those operational needs, including fleet tracking, repair workflows, and work activity.
05 — Website redesign
Presenting Wheels to the outside world
Alongside the internal product work, I redesigned the Wheels company website.
I worked with the product team, marketing, and the CEO to translate the company’s goals into a clearer visual and digital experience.
The website work gave me the opportunity to think about how the company presented itself, while the internal tools focused on the people supporting the fleet day to day.
06 — Design approach
07 — Outcome
I delivered design work for the Wheels website and internal fleet operations tools, including tracking, repairs, and work activity.
The project reflects my ability to move between a public facing brand experience and operational workflows while working closely with product, marketing, and company leadership.
Designing the experience behind the experience
At Wheels, I worked across the public website and the tools supporting day to day fleet operations.
Hyperloop Transportation Technologies
Making a future transportation route easier to explore
I collaborated on an interactive route simulator for Hyperloop Transportation Technologies that helped bring a transportation concept into a visual experience.

01 — Overview
Hyperloop Transportation Technologies was exploring a new approach to transportation. The route simulator created a way to visualize and explore a potential journey.
I contributed to the design of the simulator, translating a complex transportation idea into an interface people could interact with and understand.
02 — The challenge
A future transportation concept can be difficult to communicate through technical descriptions alone.
The challenge was to make the idea of a Hyperloop route more tangible through a clear, engaging digital experience.
03 — My role
I collaborated on the design of the route simulator, contributing to the user experience and interface for exploring a proposed journey.
04 — Design approach
05 — Outcome
The route simulator was recognized at the 2018 NY Design Awards.
This project reflects my experience collaborating on an interactive experience and translating an ambitious technical concept into something people could explore.
Perromart
Making pet care products easier to discover and shop
I helped Perromart, a Sequoia backed pet ecommerce startup serving customers in Southeast Asia, redesign its entire shopping experience.

01 — Overview
Perromart was a Sequoia backed startup helping pet owners shop for products for their animals. I helped them redesign everything, with a focus on how customers explored products and moved through the shopping experience.
I collaborated with product and engineering to turn product ideas into user flows, interface designs, and prototypes for the platform.
02 — The challenge
Shopping for pet products can involve comparing many options and finding the right items for an animal’s needs.
The design challenge was to make product discovery and shopping flows clearer, helping customers navigate the experience with more confidence.
03 — My role
As a contract product designer, I helped redesign the ecommerce experience across the platform.
My contributions included:
- Redesigning product discovery and shopping flows
- Translating product ideas into user flows and polished interfaces
- Creating high fidelity designs and prototypes
- Collaborating with product and engineering on platform features
04 — What I designed
05 — Design approach
06 — Outcome
I contributed product design work to Perromart’s ecommerce experience, delivering user flows, interface designs, and prototypes that supported the team’s work on product discovery and shopping.
The project reflects my experience designing consumer experiences for a Southeast Asian market and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Fōkcus
Shaping an early product idea into a clear experience
I helped define the early direction for Fōkcus, a professional mentorship platform for entrepreneurs, through product planning, user flows, and interface concepts.

01 — Overview
Fōkcus was an early product idea that needed a clearer path from concept to an initial experience.
My work focused on creating an MVP roadmap, defining user flows, and developing mockups to help give the product structure and direction.
02 — The challenge
Early product ideas can include many possible features and directions. The challenge was to organize those ideas into an initial scope and show how people would move through the experience.
03 — My role
I contributed to the early product definition and design through:
- An MVP roadmap
- User flows
- Interface mockups
04 — Design approach
05 — Outcome
The work resulted in an early product roadmap, user flows, and mockups that helped shape the direction of Fōkcus.
